Online employment applications

Background checks and screening

For CDL driver and safety-sensitive positions, you may be asked to authorize FMCSA-required inquiries and FCRA-covered consumer reports (including MVR, PSP, employment history, and drug/alcohol history). Additional disclosures and written authorizations are provided in the application before any such report is obtained. False statements or material omissions may disqualify you from consideration.

Electronic records and signatures

By using our online application and checking the electronic records consent, you agree that electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as paper documents under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA laws. You may request a paper copy or withdraw electronic consent by contacting recruiting; withdrawal may delay processing of your application.
